01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and gh555. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet on the gh555 platform, you are confirming that you accept all the rules, conditions and policies set out in this document.

This agreement applies to all features of the platform – casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, esports, slots, the VIP Programme and all promotions. Use of the gh555 mobile app is subject to the same terms as the website.

02Eligibility to Register

To register and use gh555, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gh555 is strictly for adults only.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an active gh555 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

gh555 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identification documents or other supporting information. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility conditions may be suspended or permanently closed.

03Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts – even under different names or payment methods – are not allowed and will be closed if identified. Any winnings accrued through a duplicate account may be voided.

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at registration, including your name, date of birth and contact details. gh555 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing and communication. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. gh555 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from credentials being shared or compromised by the account holder.

• Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate another person.
• gh555 may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.
• Accounts that show no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive per our dormant account policy.

04Deposits and Funding Your Account

gh555 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees and credited to your account in PKR.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. gh555 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until the source is verified.

gh555 reserves the right to reject a deposit or request verification before processing it. In cases where a deposited amount cannot be verified, it may be returned to the original payment source.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested through the cashier section of your account. Available methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to an account or number registered in your own name.

Processing times vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts may experience processing periods of up to 48–72 hours. Silver and Gold tier members receive faster processing, while Platinum and Diamond members benefit from priority handling with turnaround targets of a few hours.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• gh555 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or accounts flagged for review.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled from within the cashier while in a pending state.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.

Funds originating from bonus credits are subject to any applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The details of these requirements are set out in the relevant bonus terms at the time the bonus is claimed.

06Bonuses and Promotions

gh555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Uncompleted requirements result in the bonus and any winnings generated from it being forfeited.

The gh555 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every registered account is automatically enrolled at Bronze tier. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period, with thresholds reviewed periodically.

VIP benefits include weekly cashback in PKR, faster withdrawal processing, personal account managers at Platinum and above, and access to exclusive tournaments and promotions. The specific benefits and cashback percentages applicable to each tier are detailed on the VIP page.

• Cashback is credited to your account balance on a weekly basis and is calculated on net losses during the qualifying period.
• Tier status is reviewed periodically. If activity falls below the threshold for a tier, your status may be adjusted downward at the next review.
• gh555 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits and cashback rates with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

08Games and Sports Betting

gh555 offers casino games, live dealer tables, slots, RNG table games and sports betting including cricket, football and esports. All games and betting markets are provided for entertainment purposes. Results are determined by certified random number generation software or by real-world event outcomes, as applicable.

The following rules apply to all game and betting activity on the platform:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• gh555 is not responsible for interrupted sessions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined by the game server's recorded state.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body. gh555 reserves the right to void bets in cases of data errors, mis-priced odds or event abandonment.
• gh555 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets or void bets where there is reasonable evidence of match fixing, data manipulation or coordinated betting activity.
• PSL and T20 international markets are available subject to event scheduling. gh555 does not guarantee continuous coverage of all cricket fixtures.

Any technical fault that affects the integrity of a game outcome will be investigated and, where appropriate, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

09Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the gh555 platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, identity misrepresentation or exploiting platform errors.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any communication with gh555 staff or in any platform feature that involves interaction with others.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform beyond your account permissions or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure.

gh555 reserves the right to investigate accounts where suspicious activity is identified and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, gh555 may withhold balances pending investigation and may pursue recovery of funds through appropriate channels.

10Privacy and Data

gh555 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that your personal information will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and communication about your account and platform activity.

12Account Termination and Suspension

This includes, but is not limited to, cases of fraud, bonus abuse, underage registration, duplicate accounts or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Where an account is closed for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, gh555 may retain the balance as compensation for damages caused.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

• Account suspensions for security reviews are typically resolved within 72 hours.
• Permanent closures resulting from verified fraud are not subject to appeal.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13Changes to These Terms
